ConocoPhillips tilegner seg ytterligere 10,99 prosent i Teesside-terminalen


Stavanger - ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) kunngjorde i dag, torsdag 26. juli, at de eksisterende aksjonærene har inngått en avtale om å overta Equinors 27,3 prosent eierskap i Teesside Terminal. Teesside-terminalen ble etablert som en del av den opprinnelige Ekofisk-utbyggingen, bestående av offshore-felt, olje-rørledningen Norpipe og Teesside-terminalen. I løpet av årene har infrastrukturen blitt utvidet til å omfatte andre felt som ligger i den sørlige delen av norsk sokkel, samt flere britiske felt – inkludert det ConocoPhillips-opererte J-området. Terminalen mottar råolje for prosessering, lagring og omlasting til skip for videre transport.
