We have the pleasure of inviting a limited number of Golfers from your Company to participate in the upcoming 28th. Annual ConocoPhillips Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 13th. 2008. To comply with the Stavanger Golf Club rules, we must advise that all applicants must either be member of SGK or of another golf club and have a green-card or club handicap.

 

We are limited to 136 players due to the restricted tee times available (4,5 hrs).  Each invited company must therefore submit a prioritized list of Golfers, which we can use if the tournament is oversubscribed.

 

Please ensure that the nominated Golfers must be available on the day of the tournament. Team selection and pairing is a very important part of this tournament and a no show on the day would put a team at a distinct disadvantage.

This is an excellent opportunity for ConocoPhillips and supporting company personnel to meet with one another in a strictly social environment.

The tournament format is "Texas Scramble" (Team of 4/bestball/ low gross). Tee times will be from 09:00 to 13:30 followed by a Dinner at 19:30 in ConocoPhillips Cafeteria, Tananger.

 

Please return your prioity list of Players and HCP no later than September 8th, 2008. We will notify you by September 10th with a list of players who have been selected to participate in this year arrangement.
