Based on this, ConocoPhillips in Norway have put together a diversity and inclusion team that has created a program across the business unit. Among other things, we hoisted the rainbow flag at the Tananger offices and on our manned, installations in the Greater Ekofisk Area this autumn.
In addition to a diverse work environment, we strongly believe in an inclusive work environment. We encourage every employee to be inclusive because we believe that each individual employee could make a difference in creating a more transparent and better workplace.
